For a quicker response, the most helpfull information you can provide are the version of windows you are using (windows XP, VISTA etc.) and the name of the product you have.
Returns/Exchanges
Returned products must be in the original packaging and include all original contents, including manuals, inserts, cables, accessories, and parts. We reserve the right to limit returns to only defective or inoperable products. Such products will be replaced with a similar or like items of equal value upon return. Saitekusa.stores.yahoo.net may request additional information to verify proof of purchase.
Saitekusa.stores.yahoo.net does not accept returns for products returned more than 30 days after delivery, products that have been opened or taken out of the original plastic wrap, or products not in its original condition.
Please do not mail Saitekusa.stores.yahoo.net any products that do not meet the above criteria as we cannot return the items to you or issue refunds for the shipping. If your product is inoperable or defective, please contact Mad Catz Customer Support before mailing us the product to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
To return a product:
1. Send us an email or call Customer Support at 1(800)659-2287.
* All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping merchandise back to Saitek.
2. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s)*. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return.
* Refunds will reflect the original purchase amount and will not include shipping.
* Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
* Should you return an order that was purchased during a promotional discount or special offer, you will only be refunded for the amount of the original purchase. An order number or invoice number may be required to verify proof of purchase.

Warranty
Saitek Products carry a two year limited warranty against defect. During the warranty period, Saitek will repair or replace, at their option, the defective product. Warranty service requires an RMA to be issued by contacting us at 1-800-659-2287, Monday through Friday 8am-12pm & 1pm-4pm PST, or via e-mail at techsupport@madcatz.com, prior to return. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the Shipping package. Any items returned under warranty should packed carefully to avoid damage in shipping. We suggest you insure these items as well. Include your return address and a brief description of the defect, to speed your warranty service.
